While Ponte Vista is the main focus of this website, we realize there are other development issues that are of interest and affect, directly or indirectly, the reasons for opposing this housing project as proposed and supporting reasonable, realistic, responsible and respectful development in our communities. Many of them deal with infrastructure demands that developments, no matter where they are proposed, will impose on current infrastructure. Whether traffic, utilities, services, schools, etc., these demands need to be considered, with ever increasing scrutiny, on the ultimate affect on the quality of life in our communities.
