The Committee issues its final report. They have rejected Bob Bisno's proposals of 2300 and 1950 units, did not reach a consensus on an alternative plan and, as a result, recommended that the project density conform to R-1 zoning currently in place.

The first battle is done and won, but the war is far from over. We continue to collect signatures and move the campaign to downtown Los Angeles with the planning department, planning commission and city council the next objectives.
